"Main tube covered with black coloured sharkskin. Six drawtubes, covered with decorative paper. Ferrules and fittings of objective and eyepiece made of olive wood. (one ring is missing). Maximum length 220 cm, Ø 8 cm. Unsigned, but based on the strong resemblance to LC 79 both instruments are attributable to the Dolci brothers in Venice. Mid-eighteenth century" (Louwman and Zuidervaart, 2013).
